I have a client with the KX-TD612, that was working perfectly with only one problem the incoming calls was not ringing.

So I start resetting the kx, but then nothing is working I even cant call to another ext. And for sure the co stops working for in&out calls.

What can I do do to fix it?

My location is belgium, I need to make a special configuration for the ISDN?

Where can I found the software that help me to configure it through serial port.

I already fix a problem like this one with a TE-824 resetting and doing the all small configuration afterwards. But at this case became worst, everything stop working.

I work with the TE624 and TE308, but this is the first time I touch the TD612, since I already change the configuration and became worst I must fix it.

I have access to the manager extension and the changes I make is been stored.

When I try to call to another extension, I receive a message not available even it is available. When I try to call the manager extension I receive the same message but then with three small bips.
 
Are you telling us you re-intialized the system without having a backup or the maint software ???

Thats why you don't call a plumber to do electrical work !
 
When you brick a customer's phone system, you have to be willing to face the consequences. If I had the software, I wouldn't "GIVE" it to you, but that's another story.

I'm thinking Panasonic dealer in the phone book is your best bet....

I bet OBT has install manual and dos software and may ivan get your bri back up for a paypal fee!
 

what do you mean with bri backup?

anyway do you know why the extensions are not working with the default settings?

I try to call 202 or 203 but is not working.
 
bri back up is not the same as bri backup. In your ESL translation back up is the same as UP and BACK WORKING AGAIN.

In our sytsem, the default extensions start with 1xx. However, asking the same questions to the same people will get you the same response. CALL A DEALER!

Your "free" help time is running short. Please don't let us believe that you have had your customer out of service for almost one week.

thank you for your help, but in the programming guide, page 33 appear the default is 20x
