KX-TD308 - One extension's speakerphone can't be turned off

So the client must have done something because extension 11's speakerphone is always on when they pick up the phone. The handset still works, but the speakerphone also comes on when they pick up the handset and cannot be turned off. It's as if the "Off-hook monitor" is permanently on. Pressing the speakerphone button has no effect.

I also tried swapping sets with another properly-working extension and the trouble stays with the jack, not the set.

Any ideas?

Have you tried to power cycle the system
Try connecting the phone at the system or swap ports to see if it is a cable issue
