KX-TD191 DISA Card Question

Can I configure a KX-TD191 DISA Card to send calls to extensions without any Outgoing message?

I have 2 offices connected via T1 Line and I like just dial extension numbers. Office1 has a NORSTAR system and Office2 has a Panasonic KX-TD1232 system.

EXAMPLE:
Office1 dials 100 to 110 to access xtensions from office2
Office2 dials 221 to 245 to access xtensions from office1

Now we are using this way: 1.Dial a number, 2.DISA OGM answers the call, 3.Dial ext number.

NOTE.- I cannot assign one port trunk for each ext.

try to use DID - direct in-dialling (or DDI in panasonic PABX),if is it possible, it works

get a multitech voip box and do fxo / fxs from analog ports
on each location system.

I have a MVP2410 connected via T1 card to NORSTAR System and a MVP810 connected via FXS/FXO to Panasonic analog ports.
