KX-TD174dx no dial tone

Hi,

In my kxtd1232 system, I have one CO expansion module installed then I add 2 new unit of extension module (kxtd174dx) at area 2 and 3. After registering it with program #109: (Master:C;E1;E2) then reboot but no dial tone from any jack, tried with pin 1-2 or 1-4 and 3-4 but still no luck.
Any step is missing?

I hope you found the solution, if not send it here you find
You skipped a few steps.
first: change in the command 109, the new plates (A1 and A2 respectively) as long as you have in slot 1 CO)
second, turn off the machine
third, connecting plates
fourth, apply power
fifth: tdo ready
