I need some help in assigning DDIs to Extension Numbers. Have downloaded the manuals and I know in theory I should be able to do it from a system phone but the options the manual tells me to enter don't seem to exist on my phone!

Thst is the system. The version should be an number in a circle on a stickers

Do you have Isdn or anslogue lines. I predume you are in the UK or Ireland since it is an E model

Don't know version number or whether I have a 4 cct DID card. Yes, UK based with ISDN lines.

Ok you dont need any cards.

In programming you go to 150 and enter ddi number. This depends on what your network provider sends in. Could be last 4 in Ireland or uk could be full local number with out prefix

In 151 and 152 day ring and night ring enter extension or group number thr call is to ring when ddi comes in

Mmmm. In programming (I hit Program, ** plus password)150 is not a valid option - i just get a beep beep beep sound. Highest number I can enter is 022. Perhaps I have given wrong system info?

Programming ** is user *# is main programming if the password in changed from default you will have to get it from last installer

Still struggling. I hit Program then *# and just get a beep beep beep sound. No opportunity to enter password etc
