I have a customer with a TD1232 Rev 4 with T1....the T1 went down on Friday night, Verizon has replaced the smart jack and all should be well.....however, still have no channels available and no incoming calls, callers hear dead air. Lights on smart jack and CSU show good. Any diagnostics available on this system??? I have the DOS programming software....
