KX-TD1232 No audible ring

I changed the ring delay for a couple of extensions and now one of them has no audible ring. When an outside line rings or an intercom call comes in the lights flash but there is no ring. Where do I program this at?

change the delay back to no delay to check if it is the handset

Thanks. I actually changed the whole phone out and it works. Just bad timing I guess.
