KX-TD1232 Multiple Afte-Hours Schedules

Is it possible to have multiple after-hours schedules?

Our Service Department closes at a different time from the rest of the store and we'd like their phones to switch to our "we're closed" message on a different schedule. Possible on a KX-TD1232? Easily?

what you can do is set your v/mail to take your time mode off your phone system that way whenever you want the night message to come into play you put youe system into night mode .if it is a case that you need more than i night mode (ie) if when the store closes you want one message then when the service dept closes you want another message then you would not be able to do this however there is a new panasonic v/mail being released soon in the states called the TVM which has multi mode it your cus would streach that far that is.
you could use the fwd feature using multi mailboxes to get around the problem by fwd.ing your service dept or store at end of bisness to its own mailbox in day mode...then when the store closes fwd the store to another ext which is always on fwd to v/mail and record the new message on that and then back to its own night message when the service dept closes ....but it seems messy to me ..

Thanks for the reply! Management wants it all but of course they don't want to pay for it so I guess we're stuck with the fwd'ing to vmail solution.

You use the lunch & break time to setup config .

euro td 12-32 doesent have a lunch and break mode is this not the same in the states
if it does ive never herd anyone mention it

I would do a group forward for the dept that closes later.
It is a shame but solution works pretty well.
