KX-TD1232 DND button

I am not a Panasonic tech but I have acquired a customer with a KX-TD1232 system....-4 I think. Anyhow all the telephones, mostly 7431 sets have a DND/FWD button where they can press the button and put the set into do not disturb mode where the light is on steady, or fwd na/busy to 165 (VM)and the set forwards to voice mail and the light flashes on the phone.

On one extension you cannot put the phone into do not disturb only, just forward na/busy to 165 or off. I am wondering how to change this extension so it functions like the others.

Is that phone set as operator?, the operator phone can not be put into DND

Thanks I figured it out. Got a hold of a user guide which helped greatly.
