KX-TD1232 Communcation Error

Hello All,
I need a little help trying to copy the existing program in a KX-TD1232 to place on a new replacement controller of the same. I can get connected and "online" to the existing controller using a laptop with windows 95 and the dealer version of Panasonic Programmator software. Software will begin to copy program file but after about 15 sec a communcation error pop up box will appear all the while continuing to download the file until it gets to the 18 sec remaining (started at 360) and then halts and just sets there, I have left for 15 min and it continues to set there although not locked up as I can stop it and retry. I have re-tried to copy file 3 times now with the same results.
Any help would be appreciated as were in a rural area and have no support within an 1.5 hour drive.

Have you tried using the non dealer DOS version?

No, I was not aware of it and I'm not too well acquainted with DOS but am willing to give it a try. I looked at the wanetelcoms web site and could not locate the software. Thanks for the info!
