Hi I can't seem to get the system to notify my cell phone that there are messages. I entered the cell phone number in the subscriber's mailbox manager(number is right, line access no. is right it even says 'I will notify by phone'etc) and I've made sure message notification is on for the corresponding COS.
But when it comes to editing the appropriate mailbox there is no option to enable the message notification for that mailbox from the sys admin's mailbox management?
Is there another setting somewhere?
Basically want the system to dial me when I'm offsite for out of hours on call duty.
