kx td1232 and tvp200 message notification setup?

Hi I can't seem to get the system to notify my cell phone that there are messages. I entered the cell phone number in the subscriber's mailbox manager(number is right, line access no. is right it even says 'I will notify by phone'etc) and I've made sure message notification is on for the corresponding COS.
But when it comes to editing the appropriate mailbox there is no option to enable the message notification for that mailbox from the sys admin's mailbox management?

Is there another setting somewhere?

Basically want the system to dial me when I'm offsite for out of hours on call duty.

you need to enable telephone notification. #6-*mailbox No.-4{incompleted handling} enable telephone notification.

Thanks mate--we were told we couldn't do this because we hadn't set our system up the right way the first time. We needed to setup an analog dummy extension and then use that as the device which would ring out.
All good now.
