Hello,
Started having a problem this AM and to be honest don't readily see why.
I have, during day operation, and intercept of 4 rings to the voice mail extension 165. The ports on the TVS-50 are set to immediatly answer.
Today on several occasions, person that answers phone out this am, the VM never answered after the 4 rings ... the lines just rang and rang ... I called after the problem was brought to my attention ... with no other calls going on ... 4 times ... the vm only anser 2 of the 4 calls ... the other 2 just rang and rang ...
This has worked apparently without problem for about 3 weeks since the VM install.
Any thoughts?
