Hi

I have never programmed ARS/LCR on the 1232 so any help would be appreciated.

The customer is going to use a carrier for long distance calls and I need to add 13535 in front of any LD numbers dialed.

I understand most of the programming required Modify Digits, route and so on what i'm not clear about is the LCR L-Digit. If i simply add digits 00, 01, 02 etc and route these LD codes to a route that adds 13535 in front I think that will work. Do I need to add wildcard I.E 01***** or simply add 01

How does the Panasonic know when the customer is finished dialing ?

With Mitel ARS you can specify number of digits to follow

It's ok. Think I figured it out. Dont need wildcard except for exceptions to the rule.

This should be simple just add leading digits 00, 01, 02 ect to route to carrier adding 13535 in front. It's been a while since using LCR !!
