kx ta824 voice mail question

Greetings all,

I have a ta824 running at a small office. They want all the extensions to ring on incoming calls,but if no one answers, for the call to go to the general VM box. I currently have the co's set to normal. I haven't tested it but I assume that if I set the co to bv it will not ring the extensions but play the ogm and then receive the message. I have all extensions set to forward to the Bv on busy/na, but I thought that only would work if the call was transferred to that extension.

Is there any way to accomplish the request using just the 824? I do have the additional VM card installed but I don't think it added much functionality.

They want all the extensions to ring on incoming calls.
For this "Under program 3.2, set Ringing for incoming CO calls - check all immediate for Day, Night and Lunch

But if no one answers, for the call to go to the general VM box,
Under program 7.1 Check With AA
Then under program 2.2, Under FWD/DND for type select FWD Busy N/A to Voice mail No
