kx-ta824 jack one phone does not ring

Thank you in advance. I cannot get jack one to ring. I have ensured that the dnd is not enabled and that the sliding switch for the ringer is enabled on the phone it self. The lamp lights up for co 1 and co2 but it does not ring. All other jacks ring.

Does the lamp flash?

if you pickup the phone when it is ringing on other phones does it answer or do you have to press the key( if flashing)

The lamp does flash on jack one. All phones when co 1 or 2 is flashing, I have to pick up the phone and press the key that is flashing. but all phones ring except jack 1.

that is programming, if it only started check the system is not in night or lunch mode. if not look at system programming
