KX-TA824 hold problems

Panasonic KX-TA824 Telephone System. When receiving call on CO1 can answer and place on hold no problem. When talking on CO1 and new call comes in on CO2 unable to place person on CO1 line on hold to answer CO2 line.

THis started last week and can not figure out what happen and how to fix it. Even tried to reset system and still not working.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
