KX-TA824 dropped calls and missing dial tones

Hello,

I have a TA824 system that has been working perfectly until today. I have about a dozen extensions and six phone lines. All of a sudden, two of the COs are not getting a dial tone, and I'm getting dropped calls all day. I tried turning the power off and on with no success.

Any thoughts?

did you test all 6 numbers at the demarc NID network interface
with a single line set or buttset?

Yes, all lines coming in are good.

is there lightning protection on the system?
have a thunder storm lately ???

Swap the 2 issue lines with 2 working and see if problem follows. sounds like ports might be the problem.
