Two different phone systems I am having some issues with right now.
First, Recently installed a Panasonic kx-ta824 and have two issues with it ... when the first incoming line is answered you cannot answer the second line from the phone that answered the first line .. doesn't matter if you put the first line on hold, etc. Another issue I have run into is setting up disa or bv as a line type ... I want the phones to ring a few times before going to disa/bv so that there is a chance for a live
body to answer b4 the AA/ or BV
Secondly, a new issue has popped up with a 1232 phone system, one of the 8 lines now will only ring once b4 being routed to disa/VM .. the other seven work as they always have ... I suspect that an accidental change was made by the system owner since it just started happening after I showed him how to change a few of the other settings .. anyone know what programming code this might be under?
