KX-TA624 1

Hello, new customer has a KX-TA624 system and 12 KX-T7135 telephones. I need to make some program changes. I connect a 7135 set to jack 01 on the control unit, press the program button then enter *#1234 but can never get into programming. I think the original installer has changed the system password.
Question: is there a way to default the system so I can enter programming or is the customer just SOL?

Reset the unite and re-program,
Reset guide is as below

First, open the unite up

1. while it's off, slide the "SYSTEM CLEAR" to the 2CLEAR" position.
2. Switch on the unit
3. Press the reset button
4. While the power indicator lamp is still flashing, return the slide switch back to "NORMAL"
5. You have just reset the unit.
