KX-TA624

I am used to working with VOIP systems but have a customer who has a KX-TA624 but had no phone(s) to go with it and i found you need a proprietary phone to do some of the programming...anyhow...

I purchased a kx-t7431 but when i plug this phone in the lights flash quickly but then nothing...no dial tone, no lcd screen nothing. If i connect a regular telephone in i get a dialtone and can dial out to different extensions just get nothing with the proprietary phone......has anyone ever come across this issue and have a fix?

any help or suggestions short of buying a new system are appreciated!

the 74xx is a digital phone you need a 70xx,71xx,77xx series phone for that system

OBT, you forgot your side of the pond "Euro" phones. We had them for a really short time (73xx).
