KX-TA624/TVS50 - forwarding all calls to a specific voicemail

I have a KX-TA624 with TVS50 hooked. I would like all the calls to be forwarded to a specific voicemail when the voicemail is activated. I have tried voicemail port redirection, but there is a 5 to 7 second delay when it transfers. Is there any way to do this easily without any delay? How can I also set that the voicemail forwarding picks up after 4 rings on any of the lines? Any help is appreciated.
