KX-TA624 questions

We run a small business with an old 624. The hunt groups weren't what I needed so I did what some other people recommended and installed a 'loopback' cable from Ext16 to CO4. It works fine. Except that now incoming calls on another CO ring Ext16 and therefore CO4.

Is there a way for me to disable incoming calls on that extension?

Ok, my brain has been a bit shot thinking about this. Basically, I want CO1-3 (the real COs) to not ring ext 16.

I have a KX-TA624. 604 is extension name settings.

It was 408, flexible ringing assignment. All is well!

(And my sup isn't so annoyed now that two lines are lighting up at once )

hey if i had said look in the book under day ringing assignments you would have come back with what program is it, so you had to read the book so you are back to correct me thats funny!
