Hi there,

I'm not sure this is the right forum, but since only the panasonic pbx seems to produce the problem, I'll try here.

We have a panasonic kx-ta308 connected via analog voice card (FXO/FXS) with a cisco 1760. The problem is that when you place a call and hang up the phone, the line isn't cleared, the call does not disconnect. In other branches we have Alcatel PBXs with identical router configs and there is no such problem.
I have tried "supervisory disconnect signal" and "battery reversal" on the router but to no avail.
Can it be something with the panasonic pbx? Does anyone maybe have a clue what I might change on the pbx?

Thank you,

Thomas Liss

try cpc settings on the system it 420 and 421 on 624

Thank you!

These settings apply to the external lines of the pbx. This problem is with an internal extension. Are these times maybe also configurable for the int. extensions?

Best,

Thomas Liss

I don't know if this help you.
I have a cisco 1760 conected to a Panasonic PBX in this configuration: CO-FXO-FXS-PBX, and the FXS was going to FXSLS_PARK state continuously.

I use "no supervisory disconnect lcfo" on fxs port configuration to resolve it.

I ask for your help!
I have an 2 ISDN BRI S0 ports connected to an 2801 Cisco router (with VIC BRI Interface ). I can make calls from Cisco Ip phones but not the other way. I want to use these ISDN ports as CO. The call from IP Cisco phone come from CO 11 but from PBX I cannot access the CO 11 , this CO "is not valid" . (At address 400 CO11 is connected).

do extensions have acsess to those lines in program 605&606?
