KX-T7716 call waiting

We have a Retirement home with a KX-TDE600. The residents have analog KX-T7716 telephones. They would like to know if there is an easier way of answering a second call (call waiting) than having to entering the long code.

Use the FLASH hard bouton.

I,m trying to do my best but sometime is not easyer.

Using the flash button gets the 2nd call and puts the 1st call on hold. But am unable to retreive the 1st call.

I found the answer. Press the flash button, wait for dial tone and dial *50. This puts the 1st call on hold and you get the 2nd call. You can use this code for switching back and forth.
