KX-T7433-B Speakers die

looking for info/help on KX-T7433 sets. I have several that the speaker/volume control die. The common factor - same user/port.

He continues to wrap/tangle set cord with electrical extension cords. That is the only diff with this set. There are 22 others installed at the site, but this is the only set that seems to die.

Has anyone had the same problem or have any idea's as to why it would/could be happening?

have you tried putting him on a diffrent port ?

that would be my first step

Is he setting his volume too high? Either ring or H/F? Is he trying to make speakerphone calls from across the room?
I would first try what was suggested above, swap ports.
If your problems persist, you might need to educate the user a little on the uses and/or limitations of the equipment.
