Does this older analog system support capability to assign a different ring tone for a new incoming CO line that will ring on assigned stations only? Ideally, this line would not be in normal hunt group? Know Avaya products..this system is significantly older, obviously do not have ref manual yet.

No, Ring to is ring tone on the old Pans.
Also, no such thing as hunt groups.
A particular CO can be made to ring a particular station(s) or not. - Flexible ringing assignment Day/Night - Prog steps 09 and 10.
there is also the option of a delayed ringing assignment - prog step 20
