Hi everyone. I need some help with our phone system at work. We use the Panasonic electronic modular switching system KX-T123211D
We use to be able to call each other in the office using a 3 digit number. But now when we dial the digits it does not ring on the other end. I dont know what to do. Please help

In addition to power cycling the unit, you need to post this in the PANASONIC solutions forum for best response and support!

the phone you are trying to call has the auto answer button lit on his phone
