KX-NTV160 on NS700

I have a new Panasonic KX-NTV160 SIP doorphone that I have registered to an NS700 system via SIP. When I press the button the ICD Group rings, I can talk to it and hear from it so the SIP is working OK. The problem is the video cannot be shown on any PC. I have tried 3 different PCs and when I cannot to the video doorphone using the username and password I can log in but it keeps saying "Stream 1 Failed" where I should see the video. I have followed the manual and am using 32 bit IE as instructed and still cannot see the video. Also tried using VNC with no luck.

Anyone use one of these?
