KX-nt511 on ns500 is displaying " LAN Disconnect"

I have an NS500 installed with KX-NT511 IP phone displaying LAN Disconnect, what could be the problem?

Lan disconnect means it can find the system. Check the pbx ip on the phone or make sure its on the same lan subnet
