I am waiting to hear back from Panasonic BTS on access to their new site however in the meantime (and in between time as I am not certified on the NS700 and unsure if even resolving this access issue will result in getting the firmware) does anyone have a link to the latest or 8.32 US firmware?

Thank you

@kizo

v8.32 is expected to be released in the coming weeks, likely in April.

That Ebay listing is not supported or endorsed by Panasonic, so buyer beware.

The following are the most frequently asked questions along with responses that should help to clarify what this announcement means to our resellers and customers.

1. Production & Supply
Q1-1: We have on-going projects where we need to supply goods beyond December 2022. Will Panasonic continue to supply after December 2022?
A1-1: Panasonic will continue production towards the end of Calendar Year 2022.
The last orders and detailed project information have to be issued to Panasonic distributors before April 2022.
We strongly recommend to check with distributor before offering any project as there will be some models with availability
constraint due to global components shortage. Please check with your distributor as we are updating regularly with them.

Q1-2: What will be the last date that Activation Keys can be purchased?
A1-2: Activation Keys will be available to purchase from Panasonic until 31st December 2022.

Q1-3: We have long-term maintenance contracts with end customers therefore it is important that activation keys can still be ordered after December 2022.
A1-3: Panasonic will provide a firmware update in October 2022 that will enable all capacity and functionality without the need to purchase
and install activation keys. Please note that the firmware will only be made available for the NS and NSX platforms.
NCP & any other platforms are out of scope.
Regarding NSV, we will treat differently. All the active systems with valid AKs installed will be automatically upgraded to be Perpetual, Premium grade, and full capacity effectively on 4th of April 2022.
