Kx-ns520 LPR Start up error (no response)

How can solve this Problem?
I checked PUS Card is good.
Also I updated software frimware for kx-ns500 and kx-ns520 and do format the software and reset from Pc all of them is good but the problem still with the once of kx-ns500.
Please help from all friends

First of all check link cable, then link card if every thing ok but not connecting then use recovery SD card to recover 520 unit' software

I have 3 kx-ns520 but this on with this problem.

I do that.
I remove cpu and change it by other is ok.
And a install this cpu with other kx-ns520 at the same problem (LPR Start up no response)
I checked Port pin for this cpu is ok

Changet with 5 link cable original and with 3 ports on EXP-M card .
The problem still exists.

1- reset pbx ns500 without 520
2- link cable cabinet 1 to port 1
