KX-NS500 Remote Extension setup

I setup an IP remote extension on kx-ns500.
when the extension is dialled from the location that house the equipment it rings on the remote location but no communication is established,just silent.
I did port forwarding on the mikrotik router on both locations.
What could be the issue.

you only need port forward on system side

have you set up nat on the system and used ports 16000 - 16511 for voice forward to dsp ip
