Hello

We are under a lot of pressure (no just me)! about the NS500 automated - recording.
Well it is a simple yes or no so give it straight ,Do i need the Sd card or not ?
i have the small DSP , one auto-record lic for manager , and one email user to send the recs in email.
I still have not installed the DSP and the screen is very terrifying when i click the Maintenance on WebMC and the pop-up says "You must heve the NS-5134 xx .." .I thought that the SD card is needed ONLY if the 2 hours of VM are not enough ... so any ideas ? thanks a lot

we have the NS700 system here ( which I understand that is much the same) but you need the DSP and the sd card for VM to work

Ok it worked like a charm
Config:
MUST have dsp & sd cards also Supervisor licence for auto -2 way rec + 1 user email lic.
Thats all , in case anyone needs it.
