I have model of KX-NS300 BX, I tried every format using G117 - Alaw, Ulaw, Low Definition 8khz, mono, 8-bit and Medium which is 16-bit PCM. Uploading the .wav file has no error prompt, nor success prompt. it loads but no prompt as if the PBX is ignoring the message transfer file. (I already tried Audacity)

Tried a different web browser? Is the filename invalid?
I exported hundreds of them into NS, before transforming them with Audacity, then with G711.org, much faster and simpler.

Everyone thank you for recommending and helping. I tried all of your suggestions. it seems the combability of the message transfer file was internet explorer. I guess my firmware of ns300 is also old that is why some of the features missing on the modern browsers
