Hi
When the Kx-ns300 196.0.0.0 IP address was changed, the standard SIP phone was not registered

my local ip address 196.11.1.0
pbx old ip 192.168.0.101, 192.168.0.102 [ Voip phone registered ]
pbx new ip 196.11.1.5, 196.11.1.6 Voip phone ip 196.11.1.7 ... not registered

help me

Since version 4.6 MRG security has been improved.
PBX will define the location of the SIP Terminal device based on source IP address.
By default, a PBX uses Private Class C IP adress ( 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255 )

There are no stupid questions, there are only stupid answers!

Ok, I see now, you can disable the security on the sip, but why are you using a 196.0.0.0 IP range,it will block any web access to that country in that range
