Dear all,

how to use WAN port SIP Extension MRG + SIP trunk telkom

thanks

That's a broad question. You only use the wan on the system if using the built in firewall. If Behind your own firewall you use lan port

Dear obtsystems,

Can you see my diagram,

Router : 10.10.16.254/24
PBX : 10.10.16.116
DSP : 10.10.16.112-115
SIP Telecom: 10.14.2.62/30(pbx)
10.12.2.61 (SBC telecom)
Public IP : 202.222.222.22 (for SIP MRG android)

1. NS1000 WAN :10.14.2.62/30 (SIP Trunk Telecom)
Subnetmask :255.255.255.252
Gateway :10.14.2.61

2. NAT for MRG 202.222.222.22
port 15X6X

I can use incomming & outgoing SIP trunk
But MRG doesn't work.

thanks

it looks like you are using both wan and lan for routing, have you setup the media relay gateway for nat(external ip address) and Port for external access to the system.

best to set a unknown port like 25678 and have the firewall reroute it to the sip extension port, do not use standard port or you will be attacked all the time
