KX-NS1000 UM Problems

One of our retirement homes has a KX-NS1000. They are having a weird problem. Certain times during the day, callers to their room extensions get a generic greeting (ext. xxxx please leave a message) The rest of the time they get the proper greetings setup by the resident.
Has anyone had this problem?
 
is there an answering service on the line that may pickup before the UM does
 
There isn't an answering service. i have started a log. so far it seems callers get the correct greeting before 9:00 am, between 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm. and after 4:00 pm.
 
only thing I can think of is it is changing time service and the ogm is playing out of hours message
 
This problem has been escalated to the factory by tech support.
