KX-NS 700 can not access to SIP trunk

Hello,

Please help.

when access SIP Trunk, VoIP DSP Busy is shown on keyphone's screen.

DSP card is installed, 61 resource is free and only 1 call is made at that moment.
8 SIP Trunks status are ins.
Phone is digital phone.

Is this the problem of DSP Card or is there any program I need to set ?

Have you locked down the port 5060 to your sip provider. You could be getting bombarded by unwanted sip requests Have you done a trace on the sip

Have you co keys on the phone to see if light are all on

After that it could bee a faulty card, but I yet to get one
