KX-NCS 8100 IP soft phone registration key

During a recent installation, the empty boxes were all cleared by the cleaners before i could say jack. I lost the sheet that contains information about registering the ip soft phone software. Any help as to how to get it registered, will be appreciated.

you can call tech support and get in the Queue or log
on to the dealer website !!
