Hi
Our 6 year old ncp500 system has started to fail to clear the line whenever the SVM is in use. When caller listens to OGM and hangs up the system does not disconnect the line for at least 30s. Consequently the SVM mailbox is getting full of a recording of the ut tone. In day mode when time service is not active the line is cleared in a couple of seconds as normal.
We have two analogue lines and the problem occurs on both lines; the line providers have tested the lines & found no faults nothing has changed in the programming. There is nothing of significance in the error log & diagnostics of the LCOT4 & DHLC4 cards pass all tests.
Does anyone know if this a physical fault on the IPCMPR card which could be rectified by replacing the card or is there a programming solution?
Thanks
