Hello,
I had a site that was wireless about 5 km away from our office with a TDE200. It has a KX-NPC0158 with one handset. It worked ok. That site had to get it's own internet connection, as the site lost LOS with our antenna. The site now uses a VPN on a draytek 2792.
I changed the ip address/gateway in IP Terminal Maintenance Console. The device lit up green and the handset is still registered.
The handset now has no audio in or out. I can make calls to extensions and to outside lines but cannot hear or transmit voice. No dial tone.
I can deregister and re register both IPT and handset with no issues but still same problem. I think I opened all ports needed, but never had to before with NT's
I have other sites with NT devices fine just seems to be the NPC0158 that has issues. Any ideas? Can it even work?
