Has anyone had any issues with the KX-NCP 500 system?

No, I have one myself and a good few out there. what issue are you having?

No issues I wanted to see if anyone has experienced anything negative with this product. My client has to choose between NEC SV8100 or the Panasonic system. I din't want to recommend a product if it has any outstanding bug fixes.

I might be biased, being a Panasonic tech ( I do Siemens 3000 as well) but they are very reliable. They were a little behind on IP and computer intergration, but with the TDE and the NCP I think they have catch up. Unlike some makes, they try to make sure all the bugs are out before they release the latest software/systems
