KX-HTS32 error all leds on

Hi, I have a Panasonic KX-HTS32 when I turn it on the led status is red, the led of lan and wan ports are on permanently and no blink, nothing responds, even reset. I checked the mainboard and near the fan with a magnifying glass I found a tiny defective resistor that doesn't read anything ohm , so I don't know what value the replacement component will be.
Can you help me to solve this problem?

Replace with Grandstream UCM6304.
I have got many complaints on the HTS- I would recommend its use..
If u decide to use it , ensure power is very clean/stable
