KX-DTE200 Voicemail

Hi Guys,
I need some help. I have taken over maintenance on a Panasonic KX-DTE200 phone system from a friend who, because of health issues, can no longer provide service. The customer is requesting voicemail. I am under the impression that the KX-TDE has the imbedded voicemail. I guess that is my first question, is that correct? Secondly, I have been trying to find the access code for voicemail. I have tried 500, 591, 597, and 165, but none seem to be correct. I am stuck, what should I do?

Don't you need KX-TVA50 or KX-TVA200?

Do you mean TDE200?

You'll need a voicemail card or a TVM/TVA 50 or 200.
TVM/TVA has more features.
