KX-DT343 - Setup for "ring once, then silent ringing"

Recently we've changed our Phone system to a Panasonic KX-TDE600. I'm looking for a way to setup a phone such as a KX-DT343 to ring once, then ring silently after that.

Example: Employee is at desk having a meeting in their office. Someone calls their line, it rings 5-6 times, they hang up. Call in again, rings 5-6 times then they hang up, etc.

We'd like to have it setup so that it rings once, then silent rings after.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Turn on your voicemail for that User. so it goes to the mail box

Or turn the ringer off on the phone. You call still see calls coming in but not have that pesky ringing noise.

If you don't have voicemail call forward to reception or some other colleague that can handle the call during the meeting.
