kx-dt 521 not working with tda 100

hello guys,

i have a problem with a tda 100 , if i conect a kx dt 521 the phone goes on but on the caller id i get 0000000000
what can i do to fix this issue?

You have to upgrade the system software. There is a 5.01 version for the tda series and 5xx phones

well i know that and the interesting thing is that the softaware version is 7.01 and still nothing

Well if you know that, you would know the tda only goes to 5.01 and the cards should be V8

If it is a tde then it should be V8 with cards at v8 level.

If it is a tda 100 I presume you’re looking at the programming tool version and not the system

Upgrade the system and the DLC Card, last week.
That should fix it.
