I have come across quite a few KX-T7420 phones where the phone doesn't ring or is intermitant. Seems to be the off/low/high switch. Usually the phones are on medium and by switching to high it will start ringing. Once you getting it going again it will work for a while. Now that the 7400 series is history. Do you have a easy fix for this?
