Hi Everyone,

I am using MATSHITA UJDA710 (CD/CR-R/DVD) drive. Recently I have unistalled my drive when it was not working properly.

Now I cannot install the drive as my CD Drive is undetected in the Windows Explorer. When I look into Device Manager I am able to see my Driver and when I tried to look for the properties it is giving me the message [This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)].

Can anyone help me in this problem.

Uninstall and then install the drivers again. Also check the cables.

Knowledge is a key of success.

Remove the device in device manager, after a restart, windows installs the driver automatically.
