Hi
I went to see a new client who amongst a whole host of fairly simple problems has a KTX BM17E 17" monitor which will only work in wide screen type format !
The on screen controls will not reduce the width but only the height!
I tried it on W98 and WXP machine both had same results.
The monitor type is listed as BRIDGE BM17C but there are no settings I can see to make in work in "normal mode".
Any ideas ?
