KTX 308 Does not detect dropp[ed calls, Keeps Ringing

I have a KX-TEA308E phone system

All is well apart form that i have 3 lines coming in on CO1 CO2 and CO3. If a caller drops the line before speaking to a agent the line will still ring, When answered the agent just gets a dead tone. When they put the phone down, the line clears.

Is there any way i can get the lines to clear when a callers decides to drop the line ? I use the USB PC programing interface.

In our systems, we have CO Detail CPC incoming detection set by default to 350 ms. Try lowering it.

You may not have cpc on your lines. we in Ireland dont, and I think most UK providers don't either

I changed this to 0 and and tied a range of others but it didn't make any difference

0 is off. Best thing is ring line provider and see if they provide cpc or reverse polarity

Sorry i meant 22ms and tried again with 350 ms

I will try and speak with the provider and see what they say.
